About Brittany Vellani

In 2011 I graduated from Ball State with a degree in Elementary Education. From there I did teach elementary for awhile, but I also had the privilege of teaching Earth Sciences and Leadership skills on Oahu. On Oahu is where I got a desire to transition from education to business, I had the opportunity to be the liaison between chaperones and the team of directors at a YMCA camp. I was their main point of contact throughout their stay at the YMCA facility. After returning to mainland USA I taught for a handful of years longer before making that jump into business. Where I had managed groups of 15-20 chaperones, and in another experience managed 20 teachers, now I am a dedicated professional providing quality administrative support to sales team. Now only do I cover the Customer Service needs for an Insurance Agency, but I get to work on marketing as well. Growing the company by giving clients a great Customer Service experience, but also gaining the attention of new clients through social media campaigns and community events.
