I have completed the Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate at Seneca College, and am currently working towards obtaining my CHRP designation. Throughout my corporate endeavors, I have gained occupational health and safety experience by creating and implementing policies and procedures within the workplace. Working with employees while training them on policies and procedures has allowed me to make personal connections, and learn about their needs. I have created job descriptions that lead to job postings both internally and externally to recruit the most qualified candidates and place them into fulfilling positions. With my background in Advertising and Marketing, I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as other Adobe programs that propelled me into working with applicant tracking systems like Taleo, and H.R.I.S programs such as ADP and Super HR. I have excellent skills with assisting HR with disciplinary procedures, as well as being professional about confidential employee files and discussions.
