About Brittany Wright Beals

I am a dedicated and passionate behavior analyst and social worker with extensive experience in special education, clinical leadership, and trauma-informed care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I have successfully guided the development and implementation of individualized behavior plans, conducted functional behavior assessments, and provided clinical supervision to aspiring behavior analysts. In my role as Director of In-District Services at New Story Schools, I work closely with school districts, educators, and families to ensure compliance with educational regulations and deliver high-quality, inclusive support for students with diverse needs. My commitment to empowering students and staff is complemented by my expertise in crisis intervention, Positive Behavior Support Plans, and data-driven behavioral strategies. I hold a Master’s in Special Education with a dual certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. As a lifelong learner and Registered Yoga Teacher, I integrate holistic approaches to foster resilience and well-being in educational settings. “A little faith will move mountains”
