Background

About Brittnee Ladner

My professional experience has included various positions in settings ranging from automation technician assisting in customer service technology issues to a sales associate creating customer connections, and providing editing and beta reading to independently published authors. I have developed skills in customer relationship management and problem resolution. As an automation technician for an IT Help Desk, I frequently troubleshooted technical issues involving local PC or printer hardware to software issues locally and globally involving Microsoft Office Suite, or the database used by our human resources colleagues. My experience in the field of human resources has allowed me to develop organization and collaborative skills, enabling me to multitask, prioritize multiple workloads, and partner with others to approach and solve challenging issues. A gap in employment on my resume will show the years I spent raising and teaching my children at home. The gap does not diminish my skills or work experience, and has provided me with the opportunity for self-improvement as I work towards technical certifications and building resilience. I am on track to become certified in A+.
