I spent years in management and training and am well versed in the pain of hiring the wrong person and, even better, the thrill and excitement when you have found the perfect fit for your company! I love people, and building relationships; I am an avid and enthusiastic problem solver and solutions hunter. As an Executive Recruiter, I get the opportunity to consult with companies and figure out exactly what they need in a new hire. I also get the opportunity to go out and find that missing piece! By emphasizing the relationship aspect in recruiting, I set myself apart by making sure each email, interview and interaction is beneficial to all parties involved. When I'm not recruiting, you'll find me daydreaming about a beach in Maui, a glass of wine or coffee close by, cooking up a storm for my family. I love all things nerdy, will pursue anything covered in cheese. I get my heartbroken by Notre Dame and the Vikings every year, and I love traveling and getting lost in new places (Ask my husband or son, it drives them crazy!)
