About Brittney Coleman

I have 10+ years of work experience across a variety of areas in both the U.S. Navy and Corporate America. As a Navy Reservist, I continue to hone my team building and leadership skills. I am passionate about communications and love to tell a good story. While studying for my degree in Entrepreneurship, I discovered a love for creating and executing marketing campaigns in my Entrepreneurial Marketing course. I thrive in a value-based, collaborative environment where I can bounce ideas and concepts off teammates. My first job after service in the Military was as a rotational business analyst for Fiserv, a financial technology company. I started first in Human Resources on the Training and Development Team before moving to the Diversity and Inclusion Team where I concentrated on Military and Veterans Affairs. As an Active-Duty Naval Officer, I specialized in team leadership, administration, and effectively developing, planning, analyzing, and executing communication campaigns and programs independently and for geo-graphically dispersed teams. I am a devoted dog mom, enthusiastic reader, and avid traveler. I enjoy building my network in the Military and Veteran service space and am passionate about supporting that network in giving back to the veteran community.
