As a Sales & Marketing Representative with Ryan Homes since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of families achieve homeownership—guiding them through every step from discovery to move-in. My role blends relationship-building, financial guidance, and strategic marketing to create seamless buyer experiences and thriving new-home communities. Along the way, I’ve earned recognition as President’s Club honoree, become a trusted Certified Sales Mentor, onboarding and coaching new sales team members. I had the privilege of being the first Division Super User, selected to pilot CRM, have 5 years experience in this role, training colleagues company-wide in digital sales tools to drive efficiency and adoption. What drives me most is the ability to create meaningful connections with buyers, empower first-time homeowners, and collaborate with construction, mortgage, and marketing teams to deliver not just houses-but homes and communities people love.
