I am currently a Call Center Rep 2 at Arrowhead Credit Union, where I provide exceptional customer support and financial guidance to members. I have mastered multiple software systems for seamless navigation during calls, improving efficiency and reducing hold times for customers.In my current role, I manage high call volumes while maintaining professional composure and establishing trust with members. I contribute to process improvements by suggesting innovative solutions that enhance workflows and results. I also help members make well-informed decisions about their finances by providing personalized guidance based on their individual goals. I am passionate about delivering excellent service and championing the company values. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have previously worked as an Assistant Manager at Big 5 Sporting Goods, where I supervised day-to-day operations and increased sales through effective merchandising and promotions. I have strong skills in active listening, multi-tasking, and communication, which enable me to excel in my role and support the success of the organization.
