I am an Optical Assistant & Corporate Eye Care Adviser for the Wellington region at Specsavers. These roles require me to have many diverse skills, as an Optical Assistant these include knowing the lens requirements of patients, the ability to use optical equipment such as an Optical Coherence Tomography machine and Auto-Refractor and overall great customer service. As a Corporate Eye Care Adviser I am required to build and maintain relationships with outside companies to ensure that their employees are getting the very best eye care. These roles have led me to continually up skill and also be proud of accomplishments, such as being a Customer First Certificate winner which is rewarded to a select few within New Zealand and Australia. Outside of work however my passion is for being creative. I have a small side business called B.Hind the Scenes Photography and Makeup Artistry. This is where I get to explore a more artistic side and gives me a great focus to work hard.
