With over two years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator at RJ Physical Therapy Group Inc, I apply my customer service and design skills to create and maintain a positive and professional image of the company. I am in charge of office calls and scheduling, time-sensitive paperwork, audits, and relationship management with patients, clinics, and doctors. I also update and design the website, brochures, business cards, and treatment cards, using various software applications and tools. Besides my marketing responsibilities, I also assist the Physical Therapist as an aide, providing various services and treatments to the patients, such as hot and cold packs, electro stimulation, massage, massage gun, stretches, and workouts. I am a personal assistant to the CEO, handling various administrative and logistical tasks. I have a CPR certification, a Manager Food Handler Certificate, and a degree in Communication Disorders & Science. I am fluent in American sign language, intermediate Spanish, and Twi. I am passionate about helping people improve their health and wellness, and I enjoy learning new skills and techniques in the customer service field.
