With over three years at Brooksource, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to help pilot and shape the Engagement Support Lead role within the organization before joining our Consultant Success team. I bring a strong background in customer experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for people to everything I do. My focus is always on creating positive, lasting relationships and ensuring consultants feel supported, heard, and valued throughout their journey. Outside of work, I love connecting with others, finding new ways to innovate within the experience space, and continuously learning how to elevate the consultant experience even further.
