About Brittney Shepard

In am a recent graduate from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Currently I am working for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital as a Behavioral Health Specialist which has taught me a lot about compassion and how to deescalate sensitive situations. Since graduating, I have worked at a marketing agency and learned to fundraise on behalf of cancer patients. I am still looking for a job that is a little deeper and can provide me with growth and a great skill set. I have a knack for problem solving and organizing/ scheduling. While working in spas, retail and food services, I learned many important customer service skills including proper phone etiquette, problem solving, and communication skills. I have also had the pleasure in working in an assisted living facility which has taught me personal skills including empathy and compassion which I incorporate into my work whenever I can. I have also learned how to be a leader from my first job in food services which I held the position of a night time manager.
