With two years of experience in the field, I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based support to those struggling with addiction, mental health issues, and co-occurring disorders. My approach is holistic and client-centered, incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) and motivational interviewing. Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings including outpatient clinics, a residential treatment program, and an inpatient treatment center.
