About Brittney Wilson

I function best in a culture that encourages respect, integrity, and teamwork, where excellence requires professionalism and rewards hard work. This is evidenced by the fact that while working for different organizations, I have achieved the following results: • Delivered administrative and academic support to undergraduate and graduate programs at Briar Cliff University. • Tutored students, trained professional teams, spearheaded organizational events and activities, and streamlined residential care services. • Acted as a role model and mentor to numerous members of nonprofit organizations. I started my career in the Business Owner and Operator position, where I had the opportunity to focus on controlling all aspects of running a successful childcare business, from accounting management to devising teaching plans. Feeling the success in supporting the further development of children and providing quality services to numerous parents, I knew I was on the right track! I continued my development as an Administrative Assistant, concentrating on supporting graduate and undergraduate programs at a high-level educational institution. I possess a very high level of competence in organizational leadership, management, and training. I bring a high level of motivation. With my ability to effectively lead teams, educate individuals, and always pay close attention to detail in my work, I am an ideal Management Professional.
