I work in a split clinical role as a Neurofeedback Technician and Assistant Psychologist at Aspire Therapeutic Services, contributing to assessment, intervention, and service delivery across applied neuroscience and clinical psychology.As a Neurofeedback Technician, I deliver EEG-based biofeedback sessions using the Othmer Method (ILF), implementing individualized neurofeedback protocols, adjusting training parameters in real time based on client response, and maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation within established treatment frameworks. I am responsible for session setup, signal quality monitoring, symptom tracking, and supporting treatment progression in collaboration with supervising clinicians. This role operates within a structured certification pathway toward advanced competency in applied neurophysiology and clinical neurofeedback.Alongside this, my Assistant Psychologist role involves broad and substantive clinical responsibility, including administering, scoring, and interpreting psychometric and neuropsychological assessments; contributing to cognitive and neuropsychological formulations; supporting clinical report writing; outcome monitoring; and involvement in service development and evaluation activities in line with ethical and governance standards.I hold a BA in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience and am building experience aligned with doctoral-level clinical psychology training, with a long-term goal of specializing in clinical neuropsychology.
