With over seven years of work experience, I am a program manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in computer engineering, and I have earned the Foundations of Project Management certification from Google. I have worked with global partners to implement leadership initiatives, mentor other leads and employees, and coordinate cross-functional teams. I am driven by a growth mindset and a desire to make a positive impact on the organization and the industry. in my most recent position as Software QA Program Manager at Habu, I was tasked with starting a QA Infrastructure from scratch and develop a framework for testing. This involved understanding the requirements from the CTO and Sr. Devs and successfully deployed a framework which is actively surfacing bugs and improvement opportunities. In my previous as a program manager at Accenture, I was responsible for ensuring client deliverables related to quality and training were met for the US location consisting of 200+ employees. I spearheaded stakeholder mapping and RACI charts to ensure smooth communication in multi-vendor scenarios. I also utilized Six Sigma Green Belt training, Kaizen, and LEAN methodology to analyze metrics, establish governance, and improve processes. I communicated challenges and opportunities with respective stakeholders to increase awareness and accountability. I have developed skills in customer relationship management, cross-functional coordination, office administration, and project management.
