I thrive on new challenges and believe that achieving success for me and my employer is completely within the scope of my abilities. I am ambitious, hardworking, honest, and direct. I have always been highly motivated, energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic. I possess excellent listening, dialoging, and reflecting skills. I am seeking a position where I can employ my skill sets with the intent of achieving increased responsibilities within the right company. I understand that successful companies require highly motivated, productive and goal-oriented employees. As an MPH graduate from East Tennessee State University, I am confident that, with my experience and quantifiable record of success, I can significantly contribute to the success of an organization. My areas of expertise and qualifications include the following: Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, 2005; concentrations in Nursing and Public Health. Masters of Public Health, 2009; concentrating in Health Services Administration. I utilize a “What if I owned the business?” approach to my employment responsibilities. I am proficient in Mac and PC systems and applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc. I am stimulated by new people, ideas, and experiences; creative and detail-oriented; a team player. I possess the ability to develop and nurture client and professional relationships. Proficient at using dialogue and excellent communication/relationship building skills to explore creative options when working with clients to achieve satisfactory results. I am passionate about healthcare and quality improvement within healthcare systems and procedures. I know that with my education, experience and career aspirations, I will be an asset to the right organization.
