About Brocha Milstein

As a former loan processor, I found my favorite part of the job was connecting and building relationships with the clients, I loved talking with them and getting to know their story a bit. If you listen and engage, everyone has their own story and some can be quite interesting. How did I get to recruiting? Here goes my storyIt all happened by chance: A family friend reached out to me that he was looking to hire and if I could find a friend/or really anyone to work for him- I found myself networking to find him the right person and within a few weeks I found someone. A few weeks after that, my sisters' friend asked me if I knew of anyone who would want to work at her store, I got right into networking and finding her the right person.I was not a recruiter but again and again, I noticed people would ask all the time (if you listen out you will agree with me: someone is either looking for a job or looking to hire) and I found that the reason I am finding people for the positions I was hearing was because I really enjoyed the process of "recruiting".And here I am today, doing what I love. Trying to help people find their dream jobs and having companies hire their dream employees. I hope I can help as many people as I can! Please reach out to me if you are looking for a new position or looking for a new employee!
