About Brock Brown

With over 20 years of work experience, I am a passionate and versatile program manager and content expert. I have a master's degree in information systems, as well as multiple LinkedIn courses on program management and lifelong learning. I currently work at LinkedIn, where I champion change and influence across the service center organization to implement Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) methodology and improve the employee experience. In my role as a program manager, I improve reporting capabilities and instill a data-driven culture by creating dashboards, operationalizing key metrics, and streamlining content reviews. I advocate for system enhancements to automate and increase the speed of the end-to-end KM process, expand publishing access, and eliminate redundancies. I collaborate across the organization to develop technical documentation for internal and external audiences, and transform complex subjects into easily understood information. I support content needs and define a data-driven content strategy. I leverage my skills in management, training, and project management to deliver high-quality results and support the mission and vision of LinkedIn.
