About Brock Callander

With over 15 years of experience in various sales, training, and project management roles, I am a passionate and skilled enterprise sales trainer. My mission is to empower commercial reseller partners' business to business sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools to drive Apple adoption and advocacy in the Canadian market. I have developed and delivered engaging and effective virtual and in-person workshops, video on demand content, and localized sales training strategies that reflect the unique business landscape and customer needs in Canada. As an enterprise sales trainer at Apple since 2018, I have led training hundreds of sales professionals across multiple channels and regions, covering topics such as product features, value propositions, customer service, and soft skills. I have also created and led enterprise content and strategy for large commercial resellers, and communicated the vision and goals for the business market in Canada. Some of the skills that I have leveraged and enhanced in this role are customer relationship management, problem solving, presentation development, and collaboration. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of trainers, managers, and partners, and I am always eager to learn new things and share best practices.
