Currently, an associate faculty member at Oregon State University-Cascades Doctor of Physical Therapy Program as the lead instructor of-Physical Therapy in Rural Communities -Physical Therapy Health Promotion and Wellness Course assistant in courses such as-Foundations of Clinical Biomechanics -Therapeutic Exercise -Orthopedics 2007 to 2020 - Director and co-owner of Apex Physical Therapy, LLC, located in Madras, Oregon (pop est 7,700). Apex opened in 2007 with the mission to care for Madras/Jefferson County families through preventative education and community focused rehabilitation services. The practice scaled the from 3-4 patients per week to a practice team that provided evidence-based outpatient physical therapy to over patient visits annually. The Apex Physical Therapy team grew and comprised of licensed professionals and like-minded associates that placed the needs of the client/patient first. In addition to high quality clinical services backed with outcomes measures, the Apex team provided-athletic training services to local high schools -rural healthcare outreach -onsite industrial employer musculoskeletal services -injury prevention programs -community wellness promotion Apex PT strategically grew at a sustainable pace amid the constantly changing healthcare ecosystem. In December of 2020, Apex was successfully acquired with a time-proven model for continued growth.
