ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND Brodrick Clarke Consulting (BCC) exists to meet the training and professional development needs of quality conscious youth development professionals. We provide training and technical assistance to youth serving organizations committed to improving the quality of out-of-school time options for youth. Training and technical assistance packages are fully tailored to meet individual or agency-wide needs. We support a programs growth and development through a variety of means including assessments, goal setting, training, coaching and team-building. EXPERIENCE BCC has been providing professional development services in the greater Washington, DC area since 2007. We have a track record for providing high quality educational experiences for the out-of-school time work force. Brodrick Clarke, owner and principal trainer has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector. As a coach, Clarke strikes the right balance between elevating triumphs and pushing staff outside of their comfort zone where authentic learning can take place.
