About Brogan Dearinger

I am a passionate storyteller. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University, where I gained a love for creating and telling compelling stories. Through high school and college, I worked in restaurants, where I gained a love of food and providing stellar customer experiences. After graduating, I was Director of Operations at Times-Leader Publications, where I managed daily operations for four direct-mail publications in the greater Indianapolis area. I helped develop a strategy to increase the publications' digital presence to open up a new revenue stream: digital display advertising. While I interacted with many print advertising clients, working in this role helped me realize that I wanted to be closer to the customer. This drove me to become a Customer Experience Associate at Dia & Co, an online plus-size women's clothing retailer. As a CX Associate, I creatively solved problems for customers. After two months, I was promoted to Customer Experience Team Lead. As a CX Team Lead, I helped grow our team by interviewing and helping train new hires. I also pioneered a part-time, remote Customer Experience program to scale our team and enable us to reduce our first response time. After a couple years at Dia & Co, I decided I wanted to hone my quantitative storytelling skills. I earned an MBA focused on Business Analytics and Management in 2022. I currently work as a Business Analyst in Ericsson’s supply chain organization.
