About Bromley Dougherty

I build systems that help organizations make better decisions — and help communities care for one another. For over a decade, I’ve worked with private equity and hedge fund teams to make faster, better-informed investment decisions through survey-driven diligence and total addressable market (TAM) mapping.Through Arch Metrics, I specialize in:• Customer & market diligence surveys to validate investment theses• TAM database builds & qualification surveys (industry-wide mapping, software adoption, vendor benchmarking)• Portfolio support including customer feedback loops, NPS, and competitive analysisI combine deep financial services experience (Goldman Sachs, Citigroup) with hands-on execution. I design surveys, program them, manage call centers, analyze data, and deliver board-ready insights — with the speed and discretion investment professionals require.More recently, I founded Neighborly Circle — a private community platform designed to coordinate tangible, real-world support: meals, rides, visits, and help during illness, aging, and life transitions. After serving on church vestry and now caring for my mother with Alzheimer’s, I saw firsthand how much care depends on thoughtful organization. Neighborly Circle is my effort to make that coordination simpler, more dignified, and rooted in trust.Whether advising investors or building community infrastructure, my work centers on the same principle:well-designed systems unlock human potential.
