I understand human behaviour and use that, layered with research, to uncover what people want, and how to show them that your product or service adds real value to their lives. With deep experience across broadcast, streaming (SVOD, TVOD, AVOD), creative, legal, content discovery and EXCO-level leadership, I’ve built a unique understanding of the full media and marketing ecosystem. I began in creative, moved quickly into strategy and management, and have since led award-winning teams across multiple industries. I’m a designated Chartered Marketer (CMSA), Loeries and Promax/GEMAs judge, and MASA mentor and guest lecturer. Industry recognition includes wins for Best Integrated Campaign, Most Outstanding Promo, and mentoring winners of the Rocket and Best Young Designer awards. At my core?
