I am the Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Wessex Internet. I specialise in customer journey, behaviour and user experience. I utilise tools such as Google Analytics, Decibel and Semrush to identify opportunities to drive conversion increase sales and promote the brand. I actively seek ways to improve customer experience through search terms and content and I take a test and learn approach to drive sales. In my spare time I have a passion for literature. I graduated in July 2018 with a 2:1 degree in English Literature and Creative Writing. I achieved a first class honours in my dissertation which is titled "‘The Domain of the Ancestors’: An analysis of how oral storytelling promoted cultural identity, community building and patriotism in medieval Britain."
