About Bronte Farmilow

I’m motivated by supporting my customers and colleagues. I thrive in fast-paced environments and love a challenge but most importantly I love to laugh!Continuous improvement is extremely important to me, and I have demonstrated this throughout my sales career. I spent 2 years in Recruitment connecting candidates with their dream roles, mostly using LinkedIn to do so. I won the Rookie of the Year Award in 2018 and when the opportunity came to work with the fantastic solution that had played such a large part in my success as a Recruiter, it felt like the perfect move. I then moved to WooliesX in a Senior Account Manager role which involved ensuring the success of B2B customers joining the brand-new Woolworths at Work platform. After taking a year off to travel the world, I started a new career in Logistics at Australia Post. My role involves partnering with our eCommerce partners to tailor business solutions that meet their evolving needs. My strengths include my curious nature, a strong ability to build relationships and to challenge the status quo.
