About Brook Jay

Over 25 years ago, I saw an opening in the marketing space for a consumer brand to show up in stride with a consumer and connect with them on a deeper level to achieve the brand's marketing and sales goals. That is when I launched my career in experiential marketing – an industry that didn’t even exist then. Fast forward to today, I am the Founder of All Terrain, the first female-led full-service experiential marketing agency in the United States. Throughout my time in the industry, I have worked to reshape and reinvent marketing by building strategic brand experiences for some of the world’s leading brands, such as Ferrari, PepsiCo, Airbnb, and Nike. All Terrain quickly grew into a global company that designs breakthrough marketing campaigns that forge real and lasting connections between brands and consumers, earn great press, and build social media currency, all while driving measurable sales results. These experiences show that the often misunderstood ROI of experiential marketing is real and powerful and has resulted in award-winning brand campaigns that have helped our clients meet their goals. Part of developing creative ideas is understanding the realities of how people consume advertising and branded experiences. I am determined to make experiential a more significant focus for brands by continuing to disrupt traditional marketing and building activations that ultimately reshape the industry as we know it today. Outside of my day-to-day job, I am passionate about supporting- Animal Rescue- I work with - Mentoring Entrepreneurs - Fundamental Human and Women's Rights - Connecting people to support their goals I strive to constantly expand my network and connect with influential thought leaders and doers.
