About Brook Martello

While working as a coordinator in some of Boston’s most prestigious salons, I developed a passion for the beauty industry. I studied under renowned makeup artist David Nicholas, and has been trained by MAC Cosmetics, Mirabella Beauty, and Makeup For Ever. In the 15+ years she has been a makeup artist, she has found a love for bridal makeup. “There is nothing more fulfilling than having a bride look in the mirror and say ‘Thank you for making me beautiful’, I’ll never get sick of hearing that!” With a career that is now peppered with trend setting runway shows, celebrity makeup (I did makeup for Jenna and Barbara Bush!) and fashion photography. Along with my busy schedule as a makeup artist, I am also Senior Educator and Brand Specialist for Mirabella Cosmetics. “Educating is another aspect to makeup that gives me the ability to share my passion with others.” She has been a part of the Mirabella team for over 8 years. “My time with MAC and Mirabella really gives me the understanding of color and application that I am able to pass on. Knowledge that I am always happy to share!”
