I have recently worked as a Clinical Support Specialist and Patient Support Specialist at Dignitana, a global leader in scalp cooling technology for cancer patients. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, an Associate’s degree in Nutrition, and an interest in project management. My mission is to provide quality care, education, and support to patients and clinics.I have extensive experience in medical devices, as well as patient and clinical education. I have also handled invoice building, insurance processes, CPT and ICD-10 billing duties, and customer service. Prior to working at Dignitana, I was a Senior Account Manager at WebMD, where I managed 475 accounts and achieved KPI targets such as client retention and revenue up-sell. I am a skilled multitasker, team player, and communicator with product knowledge and extensive customer service skills.
