I've been working since I was 15, I started at Chick-fil-a and moved on to Target for 3 years. In 2021, I was offered a role as a Repair Representative at Enterprise Fleet management which was a huge career shift for me. During my time with Enterprise I completed Java Web Development and career readiness training with Launchcode. I was then offered an apprenticeship as a Technical Service Analyst with Mastercard and that's where I'm at now! All of my jobs have been in a customer-service role so I'm very experienced in that regard. I love solving problems especially when it comes to ways we can make a service we offer run smoother and more satisfactorily. I love learning and I'm very passionate and driven with my work. I dedicate a lot of my free-time to learning new skills and trying different hobbies.
