Experienced in the planning and execution of highly successful full end-to-end journey of marketing campaign delivery, and commercial alignment. I work with team managers across the business to understand commercial challenges; utilizing data to plan and execute operational changes to meet the needs of the business, with the aim of exceeding KPIs. Experience working within a dynamic organizational environment whereby lines of communications and priorities of stakeholders can be complex, and at times conflicting. Working with clearly defined business objectives to inform priorities, coupled with stakeholder management and clear communication. As a manager I believe that my teams’ success is engrained in commercial, marketing, and operational optimization and implementation, in parallel the individuals have the opportunity for growth and nurture, whilst being happy in role.
