About Brooke Dugger

While growing up I quickly developed a strong passion for creativity and business. The idea of following in my dad’s footsteps of getting a degree in business brought so much excitement and readiness for my future. Throughout high school I was always trying to find fun and innovative ways to better a product. I even created a website my junior year dedicated to finding or creating inexpensive dupes to higher end products such as a dining room table. After this I had my first year of college at the University of Nevada, Reno, where I took a marketing class and just knew that marketing would be the right path for me to take. After graduating from UNR this past spring with my B.S. in Marketing & Economics, I was driven to jump right into my career so that's exactly what I did. While at The Elm Estate where I have gotten to expand my knowledge on all things marketing. I have successfully advertised what we have to offer, created content that is featured on our social media as well as in the Reno News & Review, coordinated public events, & more. Since then I have found my niche in the marketing industry; public relations. I immediately took action and found multiple outlets to aid in growing my experience within the PR world. I became a public relations intern at a local full service marketing agency, connected with individuals in my field of interest, and have continued to do everything in my power to get my career in PR started.
