Brooke is a dynamic and results-driven individual with over 4+ years of professional work experiences. She achieved a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in global business management including a minor in finance. In addition, she recently obtained the globally recognized certification as an associate project manager (CAPM) to pursue areas in project management as well. She has leveraged a variety of complex technologies such as Microsoft and other software’s, but recently with Birdeye’s proprietary tools and technologies. Brooke has gained exposure to various industries in areas of small businesses and multi-location operations, working on their product line and sales life cycle, business processes, and customer success. Furthermore, her understanding of technical and functional capabilities are complemented by her passion for problem-solving, building genuine client relationships, and executing on complex business initiatives. Brooke is highly adaptive to fast-paced environments and new technological concepts which allows her to thrive in ambiguous and challenging situations.
