Collaborating with colleagues, I’ve coordinated company-wide matching alignments and helped achieve record-breaking numbers, surpassing any previous year in the agency’s history.My 16 years in the education sector honed my leadership and supervisory skills. As a Program Coordinator for an after-school tutoring program, I managed and supervised college-level tutors to ensure effective support for students.
