I began as a medical/surgical, emergency, and labor and delivery staff nurse for the first 11 years before being promoted to the Acute Care Director of Nursing position that I now hold. As the Acute Care DON, I am also a member of our Administrative Team and am the supervisor for our pharmacy, utilization review, risk management, and quality assurance departments.
