I’m a leader and human capital strategist committed to helping individuals, teams, organizations, and communities actualize their unique potential. While I am a bold visionary that likes to swing for the strategic fences (as my husband says), I realize the critical, complementary need for strong operational plans and structures that illustrate how people and systems will work together to realize the vision in a timely fashion. As a former teacher and recruiter, manager and chief of staff, and now startup executive, I’ve honed skills and implemented best practices that enable people to achieve bottom line results while being fulfilled as they do so.
