About Brooke Frame

I applied for my insurance license when I was 18 years old. Insurance has been a part of my life and family for the majority of my life. The path seemed like an easy transition into having a job for college. Ultimately, I moved on from insurance and entered hospitality. I maintained my license through all my adventures because I always thought it was a great tool. I attended Hawaii Pacific University and graduated with a Bachelor's in International Business. My sense of adventure led me on a path to places I had dreamed of visiting. For close to two years I traveled to Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia, Africa, Vietnam, and Australia. Along the way, I worked in hospitality and volunteered my time to everything from elephants to villages, to teaching English in small communities. My trip ended with a 4-month drive around the entirety of Australia. My passion for people and operations never ceased. Upon my return to the United States I quickly became involved in the Indoor Skydiving Industry to follow my passion for skydiving. During my time I went from a Supervisor to an Operations Manager. I continued to be involved in the insurance industry through working Part-Time for Custom Benefit Consultants Inc. and working with Aflac for a short period. After all my experiences I started to learn what I was good at and wanted to bring my skills to a greater audience. It was time to settle down, get a "real job", and start a family. It has been over 5 years now that I have come to work in the Insurance industry full-time. I started a family and I truly enjoy what I do. I have a passion for Analyzing data, finding cost-effective strategies, and streamlining benefit operations. I am currently a Producer with Custom Benefit Consultants Inc, known as the CBC Health Insurance Marketplace for Costco Members. We specialize in cutting away some of the fog regarding large group benefits. We find affordable solutions for employers without compromising on the benefits for employees. Professionally my goals now are to bring our creative solutions to employers who are having challenges with costs, administration, and plan design. When I am away from the computer you can usually find me chasing my kid around our property, fishing, sailing, skydiving, raising chickens, and simply just building a life with my family.
