With over ten years of experience in dental hygiene, I am passionate about providing quality oral care and education to children and families. My core competencies include hospital sedation, clinical management, and coaching. As the lead clinical hygienist at Kids Teeth, I coordinate and schedule staffing, assist with policies and procedures, and serve as the point of contact for the team. I value collaboration, innovation, and patient satisfaction, and I strive to create a positive and fun environment for both staff and clients. Prior to joining Kids Teeth, I worked as a lead dental hygienist at River Valley Pediatric Dental Specialists, a start-up practice where I helped establish policies and procedures. I was also a full-time pediatric dental hygienist with hospital sedation credentials, and I gained experience with Dentrix software, a leading dental practice management system. I enjoy learning new skills and technologies, and I am always eager to enhance my knowledge and expertise in the field of pediatric dentistry.
