I'm a speaker, author, and founder with two decades of experience leading transformational creative work at the intersection of culture, innovation, and emerging technology. As CEO of What Works Studio, I lead a woman-founded strategic innovation firm helping forward-thinking organizations apply AI with clarity and purpose. Our work blends systems thinking, storytelling, and intelligent automation to drive measurable business outcomes—without losing the human edge.
