About Brooke Larkin

I'm Brooke Larkin, a recent Michigan State University graduate with a degree in Communication Leadership and Strategy. Currently, I'm exploring full-time opportunities in the Communication, Marketing, and Training & Development fields. While on campus, I worked as a Student Assistant in the ComArtSci Career Center. This job gave me experience creating newsletters, planning large events, and designing promotional materials. I spent the past two summers at United Wholesale Mortgage on the Corporate Training Team. There, I learned valuable skills such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, PowerPoint, and Vyond. Additionally, I gained experience coaching trainers, developing a plan for the team focused on short and long-term goals, and creating interview guides for multiple positions. Now that I've graduated, I am focused on working in an environment that is results-driven, collaborative, and fast-paced while still allowing me to be my authentic, creative self.
