I’ve been in cardiology since 2019, and in just a few years, been exposed to many modalities— I was an EKG Tech for a year, then transitioned in Cardiac and Vascular ultrasound in 2020. I’ve worked with a wide patient population (adult, pediatric, NICU, geriatric) in almost any setting you can think of: acute care, OR, outpatient, emergency rooms. I love the variety and challenges of being a sonographer, how no two days at work are the same. I love the reward of helping patients everyday, seeing the progress they can make. Since health care is continually evolving, I intend to change with it, and always strive to grow personally in whatever role I’m in.
