About Brooke Leonard

As a student audiology clinician, my primary focus has always been on delivering compassionate, person-centered care – I shine when given the opportunity to build patient rapport through counseling. Having gained clinical experience in a variety of high-volume clinics, I am confident in my ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment, and I excel at striking a balance between efficient clinical workflow and compassionate care. Childhood (and lifelong) polyglot-turned-linguist/phonetics enthusiast-turned-audiologist. My love for language and my own experiences as a person who stutters have translated seamlessly as I've developed my audiology counseling flow. When I do my job well, my patients are able to not only connect with their loved ones more easily, but also to understand and advocate for their communication needs.
