I’ve spent the last 7+ years in tech helping teams solve real problems with clear thinking, solid tools, and a focus on what actually works. As a Sales Engineer at ThinkLP, I support Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, and Safety teams throughout the pre-sales cycle — from early discovery and solution design to technical validation and hands-on demos. My role is to help teams see what’s possible, ask the right questions, and translate their challenges into practical, scalable solutions. That often means diving deep into incident handling, reporting gaps, team workflows, and cross-functional coordination. For example, when a team is struggling with inconsistent case documentation and delayed follow-ups, we’ll map out their current steps, identify the breakdowns, and design a case workflow that fits their actual process — not just what looks good on paper. That might include automated assignments, role-based views for HR and LP, escalation paths for violent incidents, and custom reports that show what’s happening across the organization in real time. ThinkLP is built to help retailers, grocers, and other enterprise organizations take control of crime, theft, and risk operations.
