About Brooke Nadolny

Throughout my years as a student-athlete and professional employee in the workplace, I have gained a great deal of knowledge, independence, and goals for myself in the future. While being a collegiate athlete there are many things that come your way, time management, communication, and also willingness to learn are just a few to state, but are all aspects that come with it. Understanding how to obtain all of these qualities was difficult, yet rewarding once I began to learn the importance of them all. With that, I have also obtained many skills and qualities in the professional workplace as well. Learning to communicate differently with others, being a leader, having problem-solving skills, and being organized has helped me move up the ladder in my place of work. I started as a Clubhouse Employee in 2019 at Chandler Park Golf Course, then became an Intern, to now holding the role of Shift Leader. My growth within this establishment has been critical to the person and hard-worker I am today. These experiences in my past and present time have helped me become the best version of myself today and I will strive to grow more in my future.
