Background

About Brooke Parham

I bring 9+ years of experience in Customer Success and Account Management (SaaS) primarily within cybersecurity. I partner with enterprise organizations to drive retention, growth, and long-term strategic value. I’ve led high-performing teams and complex accounts, always grounding my work in empathy, clarity, and trust. My career began in education - teaching ESL in Brescia, Italy, and later working with teens in New York City - which shaped my deep commitment to human development and emotional intelligence. That foundation continues to inform how I build relationships, lead initiatives, and support clients through change. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and am certified in Organizational Mindfulness and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I’m especially passionate about bringing practical, accessible stress management and mindfulness into the workplace. Outside of work, you’ll find me immersed in music (voice and piano) or behind the lens of a camera - creative practices that keep me grounded and inspired. I am also a proud aunt of 7 kiddos, ages 3 to 14.
