About Brooke Rybicki

The restaurant business has been a part of my soul since I was 16. When I was asked to be a shift lead in my early 20s, I had no idea it would open up so many doors. It has supported me, taught me many life lessons and allowed freedom many professions do not have. I love what I do! I make an impact by surprise and delighting my guests, treating my staff like family with a professional yet empathetic and fair approach. My store runs like a well oiled machine and I worked hard to get it that way! We maintain low turnover, have consistent COGS, one of the highest, if not the highest EBITDA out of 52 locations. We excel in creating an awesome environment, holding our staff accountable and upholding standards while providing development and hope for a future. The restaurant industry has been great to me. Over the years I have met so many amazing people, maintaining relationships for over 20+years. I have been able to do and see, learn and grow from experiences you can only get in the restaurant biz. These things, the people, the late nights and long days have made me who I am. As a vet of the industry I am looking to expand my role, continue to develop myself and learn new things. I am looking for opportunity and a place to use all my experience to develop others, teaching them to get the most from what we do every day.
