About Brooke Sinclair

I have a passion for people, for new ideas, and for change. I am a results-oriented people and transformation leader focused on bringing strategy to life. Today, I do this for Deloitte. I design, build and scale strategic HR initiatives that connect business and people strategy. I play a central role in shaping the firm’s Culture and People priorities in service of making work better for our people and our people better at work. My focus is on finding new ways to tackle the constantly evolving future of work realities. This includes revolutionizing the way we work, architecting unique talent experiences, and embedding innovative technologies, with people at the centre. I have partnered with clients to do the same. I have extensive experience working in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice where I helped organizations modernize their business. I led operating model design, organizational structure design, process improvement, HR program design, and workforce transitions. I am incredibly proud to have worked with some of Canada’s largest organizations across a range of industries. I am a relentless problem solver, critical thinker, and inclusive team builder. I believe work should be purposeful and fun. My work has always centered around transformation and that’s what I love to do.
