About Brooke Spencer
Throughout my years of growing up there was always one thing I was certain about, and that was fulfilling my dream of becoming a nurse! My medical experience started five years ago when I started out as a patient transporter for Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell, Georgia. I then transferred to Summit Urgent Care in Newnan, Georgia now known as Piedmont Urgent Care by Wellstreet. Now, I am currently working as a patient care tech on the Med-Surg floor at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. My experience is anywhere from bedside patient care skills to patient advocate and insurance/registration skills. Starting in July, I will begin the nurse residency program for the Emergency Room at Piedmont Newnan!
