Hello, my name is Brooke Squyres, I am a Reverse Mortgage Professional. I am honored to be working with not only the 55+ community in Soquel, CA, but also the entire Golden state of California, and the beautiful state of Hawaii. I have many years of experience in the reverse mortgage industry, focusing on Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM), proprietary, and jumbo reverse mortgage loans. I am committed to helping people 55 years and older find better retirement solutions, and am excited to bring my honesty, compassion, and education to senior homeowners in my local Monterey Bay Area as well as all of California and Hawaii. I bring an in-depth understanding of the reverse mortgage process and my ability to explain the product so that my clients feel comfortable in making their decision. My strengths are listening to a client's needs and wants, being compassionate to their situation, and helping them to find the best solution.
